This isn’t about BBANBOB’s post it’s about yours. You stated they paid those at 599 and less off and not the rest. I said it was nonsense and BBANBOB wrote back.

My opinion they are not going to pay part of a class off and not the rest. BBANBOB said it didn’t seem to be legal for them to do that. Treating people in the same class different. I agree with that statement. Do you know the shit storm that would cause.

So BBANBOB came up with a scenario if they did try to treat people in the same class differently. I do not believe it was stated as fact.

When BBANBOB said that they would be left impaired it was for entire class not a portion of the class.
