ALKM's IR firm needs to be very careful. They would never tell an investors that the SEC may (or may not) be investigating delinquency issues.

With ALKM being so delinquent and providing NO INFORMATION to investors, IR needs to avoid furnishing ANY material non-public information, especially about their lack of communication with the SEC on their delinquency/suspension concerns, to avoid risking investors trading on insider information. See SEC rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 to avoid possible sever civil and/or criminal penalties.
