Interesting... GE could just give Arcam a loan. I have read Charlie's post on the stock issue once, but need to read it again. Don't fully grasp it yet. But wanted to post sooner rather than later.

Anybody concerned that this issuance could lead to GE acquiring 90% of Arcam ... with all that entails for stock holders other than GE.
