Must be to bring awareness to private investors (hopefuls) and pumping the stock. Commercials aren't cheap, especially for a company in startup/development and no revenues.

With nothing to buy, subscribe to, or advertise at this point - what else could it be? I saw ABWN commercial a few days ago, as well. Didn't have any positive effect on PPS. Not sure this one will either.

The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.
