(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted orphan drug designation to PCM-075 for the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The Company received notification from the FDA on October 5, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
