For those following my posts, I re-worked my price targets on this one using EBITDA. Looking for 0.04 here just on current acquisition and 2016 revenues. In the presentation they said 90 days from closing the acquired companies financials will be incorporated into CWIR financials.
Holding my sizable position until then, at least. When new acquisitions come, that time-frame for my exit extends until that companies financials will be incorporated into CWIR financials. As long as they keep acquiring, I will keep holding. This is not a flip, or a short swing for me. This is a long swing for me. And when this bad boy dips, I will be there with jaws wide open.
If the business plan is executed as outlined, this is a BB stock. Its just a matter of time. The 3 year plan is to have the acquired companies spun off and listed on BB with CWIR retaining equity interest. So, its intuitive that the holding company will be up-listed along the way.
