Don't take me the wrong way. I think Mr. Rhoades could be a tremendous help to REDG.

But (as CEO), in depending on Benny to do his job, Mr. Rhoades risks taking a tremendous hit to his reputation, if Benny doesn't pull through.

There seems to be a lot of downsides to being CEO and almost no upsides.

Mr. Rhoades could provide the same help (as a board member) without putting his reputation on the line.
