Its a stock purchase I believe and, since announced, the stock price has crashed so, Im guessing they keep renogiating, yet last iteration of terms announced was a DECREASE in number of shares, wasnt it? So... makes no sense to me. Maybe now that edibles are to be legal, acquired co wants more shares?

Correct me if im wrong on anything. Just my opinion.
Im no expert.
