With their trademark up for grabs, it could create an interesting outcome. Vuozzo, Conboy, and Commery can all point to historical use of that trade mark. Any two could possibly block any one from re-registering it. Or any one could block the other two. But, who would really want it??? Even TC realized they needed a new name and came up with the subsidiary.
You should check the status of their recent patent application(s). The one from before dead-ended. Did they just resubmit that for a new PR op, or did they make an entirely new submission? And for what? Fence Paint?
