Where have you been, Sal? A number of us had to step out after what was, frankly, a disappointing quarter (that 0.07 EPS was well below my estimate of 0.12-0.15). It's too many quick-fingered traders who capped this stock over the past 6 months and kept it from rising up to fair value. I've left so much money on the table with this one over those months that i had to finally cash in some hard-earned gains after patiently waiting for 10 months. I posted here at Ihub about having to sell after earnings. It was hardly "disingenuous," and in no way "fraud."

It is the lack of clarity about earnings going forward that has punished SINO's valuation.

Hopefully we'll get a lot more clarity with the Q1'18 ER due in mid-Nov. And maybe we'll also get another shareholder letter from CEO Lei Cao (like last Nov.), which can support some bullish sentiment.

Personally, i want to see much more clarity on SINO's relationship with Zhiyuan going forward, as i've posted here before: the Zhiyuan CEO is SINO's biggest shareholder, which is a very positive element, but i'm not sure what's happening with the big Perwaja steel rehab project in Malaysia (for which SINO paid a sizeable advance), and how the SINO-Zhiyuan business relationship is going to get renegotiated beyond the 2018 expiration.

Henrik Alex's bearish or at least cautionary article on SINO for S.Alpha made some good points about tight margins on the new USA-based business segments. I have to agree with him on that. We need to see how those segments are going to become profitable going forward.

That's why some of us had to step out for the time being.
As i've mentioned previously at this board, i'm also really concerned about what happens to SINO pps on that tiny float if/when the market experience a pullback in Oct or this Fall.

But as i also posted over at Stocktwits, if i see any sign of the shipping sector getting hot again with a rotation of big money back into it, i'll be buying SINO ASAP!
