It is my understanding that they stopped paying people their dividends a long time ago. Several people came on this board complaining about it. About that time Vargass stopped posting on this board. He stopped bragging about all the money he was making from those preferred shares. They reported all the transaction where people bought those preferred shares and no one bought the exact amount Vargass claimed to have bought. The guy at Omega we kept reading about making all the big sales of those preferred shares left Omega around when Vargass stopped posting here. He is now the investor relations guy for Earth Sciences Technologies Inc, and oddly enough Vargass is posting on their board all the time now like he used to here. You do the math.
