My opinion is that management of a public company, when using Tweets as a method to communicate should be mindful that their postings should be professional , informative and accurate for obvious reasons.

Maybe Im mistaken and its entirely acceptable to randomly use Twitter for whatever comes across one's mind without thinking or filtering before posting. But that hasnt been my experience with other public companies on Twitter , or their management.

Obviously frustration is felt by all here , but I can speak for only myself when I say if youre going to use Twitter as your sounding board, either post something substantive, or post nothing at all.
