Some things the market is currently waiting on:
- Actually paying for the "acquisition" of Besado Tequila two and a half years ago
- The audit that has been periodically promised, and at various times announced to be "on the way" or in its "final stages" since early 2015 (most recently was said to be ready by end of Q1 2017)
- The Q2 2017 unaudited financials, now almost 2 months late
- California launch announced a year ago
- $400k/quarter revenue deal announced as completed mid-2016 (they had gross revenues of about $4000 in each of Q4 2016 and Q1 2017)
- Georgia launch announced on Twitter recently
- Distribution deal for Tiger Reef rum (TGRR) announced in May and said to be closing in 90 days, never mentioned since
- Acquisition closing for some vodka brand that they announced would be completed by September 30, and then announced on September 29 would be done by last Friday, and then haven't mentioned since
IMO, the only thing the market is actually waiting on is the resignation and/or arrest of COB Pierce by the SEC.
Still, there's only 30MM shares out there right now and it's currently trading at a pre-split price of .00002 (but, nonetheless, with almost no buying interest).
Buyer beware lol
