This situation goes far beyond just being a bad businessman. Everything about PFSD in the last several years screams that Michie is a crook who intentionally defrauded shareholders. it was clearly his intention to get the stock revoked and run PFSD as a private company with no obligation to shareholders. That is fraud. Why the SEC rewards this type of anti-shareholder activity is beyond me.

He and the company should be sued.
