I can't imagine why any even somewhat knowledgeable investor would be worried about this. Anyone who's been in XXII for a while is nicely up, so what's the problem? A lot of small companies with much less going for them have to do this, too, with no long lasting repercussions. I view this a strictly a potential buying opportunity.
