...why not?

Read the tea leaves...nothing imminent with a 2 year runway for VLN and still don't know the extent regs would benefit.

Could be some margin calls which would further pull down SP.

Once under $3.00 margin ratio for most brokerages decreases, which is a double whammy...SP loss likely triggers margin calls...then % of margin reduced under $3.00.
