Well, I guess U-sell-o didn't ever issue the shares to U-sell-o. Thus U-sell-o's expectation of a registration statement filing by U-sell-o was frustrated. So of course, U-sell-o was unable to issue those shares to u-sell-o or the shareholders and they just had to be deposited in U-sell-o's account instead.

What a scam by an outright liar..

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
