Your comment about Buffett being thrifty is good to know! I wanted to let you know my husband and I are fairly thrifty as well— we drive cars that are 2006 models, rarely eat out, get bread at the day old store, buy good clothes at most once every two to three years, have paid off all our credit cards, have a sizable portfolio that has been earning a solid 10% yearly for the last ten years, love investing for the long haul, and are only in a couple risky investments in small quantities.
