Let me help give you clarity to your confusion.

Tony has had Zenium in one degree or another for quite some time. Samples, small quantities, enough to supply the doctors and people who are actually already moderately long-term users, e.g. the people who provided the Testimonials on the website.

The news released on Oct 3rd was for well... $1.4m worth, rather than the probably few thousands of dollars-worth he had on hand previously.

Just a guess... but I'd consider it a fairly educated (common sense) guess.
