Here's a site with Windows tweaks for all OS systems that optimizes the services Windows runs as standard:

the Windows default settings are listed in the table along with recommended tweaks for "safe" and the more bold and faster "tweaked" settings...

you will find some services running that were probably downloaded/installed by you particular to your system----Viper doesn't generally cover those...

ps...change a few at a time so you maintain control if a particular change causes a problem...
