Actually those shares did go to pay off the ONE convertible note that DOLV had. As of the last filing we only had about $4000 left on that ONE and ONLY note. (YES that's ONLY 4 Thousand dollars in notes!)

How often do you see that tiny amount of convertibles in a pink stock?!

On top of that from the numbers it looks like the last $4000 has most likely already been converted since the last quarterly.

Could have something to do with our recent move upward
