Just A Little Advice: The More Hope That
Is Touted About Things That Will Never Happen
Just For A Short Term Story-Line, Will Only Turn
Into A Greater Disappointment When Not Realized.
For Example: $22M In Revs, M&A, Or Anything Else.
These Are Just Self-Inflicting Set-Ups For Failure.


Investors Are Running For The Exits,
As Any Accumulation Is Non-Existent.

The SP Is Always Manipulated Up A Little Bit,
Before It Comes Crashing Back Down Again.

The Company Was Very Disappointed In The Failed
Efforts Of Creating The Necessary Buffer Needed
To Withstand The Coming Collapse In SP.

The Company Has Nothing To Show For Itself.
Every Attempt At Building A Business Has Failed.
And Most Of Those Efforts Were Only A Smoke Screen.

Nothing Has Turned Out The Way It Was Suppose To.
Any Foundation Has Since Been Reduced To Pure Ruble.
The Numbers Have Disclosed A Year's Worth Of Contraction.

So, It Is Necessary To Stay Away From Those Numbers.
And Instead, The Company Must Create The Illusion Of
Something That Can Be Replaced As A New Catalyst.

Because The Lack Of Revs Will Not Do It
And The Lack Of Income Will Not Do It
And The Lack Of Units Will Not Do It
And The Lack Of Cash Will Not Do It
And Failed Projections Will Not Do It


SO WHAT CAN THEY DO . . . ?


Well, They Need To Talk About Something Else.
So They Just "Talk-The-Talk", Like Any Good "Poser".
They Talk-Up An "Independent" BOD ... LOL .
They Talk-Up That They Will Fill Out A Form.

They Talk About How They're Gonna Do This...
They Talk About How They're Gonna Do That...
Then They Talk About This Whoops...
Then They Talk About That Oooops...


But None Of These Things
Can Replace Bad Numbers
