elliot .I am long prhl and have seen nothing but the price go down on this white elephant. after seeing what I have found out on our wanna-be ceo you'd want to run too. I've been trying to get out for almost 2 years now and have gotten nowhere. this is a scam and randall has his name on at least 26 companies and all either have been losers or are headed that way . I have conversations that basically prove what I have found . I also have the court transcript from NY with randall and others on the board basically being charged with FRAUD just over 1 year ago . nowhere can i find PRHL listed as a tennant in the helmsley building in NY. randall is a banker gone rogue as far as I found and you will never change my thinking on that . unless he pays out at the .89 cent range like he was selling everyone on, he is just another fraud in the penny stock category. its all been manipulated by him . look at his website. listing 8-10 businesses with the same phone number?????? all are prhl # .
the good thing is he cant keep it all straight and it is catching up to him . tpc has some crooked dealings too if you research it . remember when we were to get ferc approved ,all our worries would be over ?????? never happened . now he is trying to save face by linking to another company that will try to make him look good ,but the loi was nothing but a cheap press release with no backing. complete fraudster
