Will TPNL break $4m in revenue this 3rd quarter?

Also, from 2nd quarter 10Q:
The Company expects revenues to continue to trend upwards for the foreseeable future as we expect to onboard over 60 additional corporate incentive card programs in the second half of 2017.


I would love it if they onboarded all 60+ programs in July so we'd have the full effect of the programs in 3Q, but i don't know the time table. also, wonder if harvey and irma will affect 3Q revenue (or is that too regional that it would have no effect at all..)
