You’re very humble jpowellvlc, your writing skills for intermediate English are better than some of my friends that were born here and graduated from college.

As for the CEO/board making the decision to move their HQ to NJ in order to clean up their image and attract new partners... that’s an angle I have not yet thought of and very plausible point. In my opinion not only attract partners, but also potential buyers.

Let’s not forget that of NJ goes democratic and elects Phil Murphy, there is a 99.99% chance that recreational cannabis will be legalized... the bill for it is ready to go:

Keeping in mind the restrictions NJ will have on the five locations allowed to grow it, having a legal hemp farm in another state is not that far fetched... especially when they can grow the crop year round (I live in NJ and the weather sucks) and most likely have a better cost per acre and lower taxes. I don’t know if you’re aware, but NJ has the highest property and commercial taxes in the US... again I’m aware that this is a stretch, but still possible.

I also agree with you on the “no bid” point you made for the same reasons... and don’t feel bad, I own 55MM shares and I’m not going anywhere.
