Simply put the Chinese are using SANP as a way to get into the US MARKETS, SANP happens to be in the right spot at the right time. Reverse Mergers are the quickest and cheapest way of going public. For example in this case Canoe Pool can merge into SANP all within a Month. Traditional IPO's take a year or longer and cost significantly more. The business word Opportunity Cost comes to mind to me in this situation for the Chinese aka (Canoe Pool) by taking the alternative way of going public by reverse merging with SANP. The Chinese are going to save a great deal of time and money going this route. They will be able to implement their Business Strategy in the US Markets much faster.
