In a conversation I had with IR during after the 2 plane test, the number I was told for the test was around 20 million dollar for the 20 plane test. IR at that time said they were raising money for the test. Also they were working on software etc in preparation for the test. Although the stock price is is declining everything IR said is happening as well as this is still speculative so there is risk involved.

Can the test be conducted with fewer planes say 10 to 14.
