Each time we place an order. Our broker can give it to what every MM's they choose and some are not filling our orders and some take a while to fill. I got filled yesterday much faster but it still took about 15 minutes. when it should have been within 5 seconds.
when MM's are showing many millions of shares on the ask.
Some brokers will refund broker fees if it is not done within so many seconds. but only after a phone call. We should not have to call our brokers to make them get our orders filled when they are showing many millions on the ask.
The week of 9/8/17 was the worst.
My broker / MM's was holding up my Orders why I was trying to buy more UNGS shares to qualify for our next divvy.
My orders where not filling although MM's showed many millions on the ask. So I started an online chat with my broker. they called the MM and we finally got some orders filled after hours of going back and forth 0N Thursday 09/07/17.

Friday 09/08/17 I put in My order for another 999,999 shares At 9:56 AM Friday morning To see If theses Manurepalatining MM's would sell Me More shares since I had so much trouble getting them filled on Thursday and Thought My Broker had straighten This MM CANTOR FITZGERALD Out. Here is my Order. Notice at the bottom It says Open. They did not fill my GTC Order at all that whole Friday or the next Monday morning.

Tell me there is not MM manipulation going on.
Why did MM's not fill my order?
I gave my Broker an ear full that evening and it still did not fill Monday morning so I just finally gave up on that MM filling it and canceled it and put in another order which still took them much time to fill.
Here is part of my chat with my broker From that Friday afternoon after MM's did not fill my Order that stayed open all day:

6:35:19 PM CDT :29yr : Look at my chat from yesterday with my UNGS order that cantor fitzgerald would not fill until I called Y'all and complained

6:38:10 PM CDT : broker Rep .: Yes I do see what you are talking about. I am not sure what can be done today now that the market is closed?

6:40:12 PM CDT : 29yr: I placed another buy order at 9:56 ET this morning at .0001 which is what the ask was and still is and MM's was showing many millions on the ask at .0001 I decided not to call this time and see If these short Manipulative MM's that Y'all keep making excuses for would fill my order.
Guess what My order is still open. so quit making excuses for the MM's and get an MM that will fill an order. It should have been filled first thing this morning. what kind of excuse does my Broker want to make now,
I will roll over my account to a broker that will satisfy my orders if y'all can not get the job done.
Please explain to me what happen today

Out today. If you notice orders not being filled you need to call in during market hours to see if we can do something about it.

They did not fill my buy order that Friday and It took 37 minutes to fill my UNGS$$$ order the Thursday morning before with a phone call. At least my Broker told me which MM was holding up my order that Thursday. Cantor Fitzgerald was the MM holding me Up and without that phone call it would have not got filled. just like this one Friday the 09-08-17 that never got filled.

So I think I have a Good Idea Who Held up Our first Dividend for months while many got discouraged and Blamed Doc Anderson I Blame Our Brokers and MM's.
Any way that is now water under the bridge and Wayne Finally got us our Greater Cannabis Divvy.
S1 registration has be accepted by the Sec and we should be trading it soon.
Now Doc has us an E2 divvy and Ttech on the way.
Things are starting to get exciting here once again.
One thing is for Sure shorts hate Divvy's.
