The settlement discussions are on their way, however the court has been asked for more time a few times. This can happen again at the 27th. But yes, a settlement seems close if you look at the latest court filing.
Also, it might be peix is already a paying GERS client since they bought ICP.
But it ain’t done until it’s done.
