If you look at the presentation I posted the mill is nearly dead on half way between Black Fox and the Lexam properties. I also believe that Primero has just scratched the surface on drilling depth at Black Fox. Keep in mind also that the majority of Grey Fox is open pit able as may be the case with the Frome Zone. Grey Fox zones are also not affected by the stream. The only properties that have a stream ore the Black Fox 8% and the Black Fox extension (Pike River) to a lesser extent 6.3% (no resources there as of now that I am aware of)

The streaming price per ounce I believe is adjustable up to 2% per year for inflation.
