Not really? What would be the point of it being any higher when nobody is buying anyway? If I had say 300 million shares I wanted to sell I sure wouldn't throw them all out at once and make it look like a lot of shareholders wanted out. I would probably try to sell them 20 - 30 million at a time. And as those shares sold I would put another 30 million on the ask. That would be the smart way to sell. For someone to throw 300 million shares on the ask when only 6 million shares a day are trading is the smart thing to do.
Why bring 500 hogs to market when only a few are being bought each day? It would only show buyers you want to sell a lot of hogs so buyers would expect to get them for a low price.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
