Its not like there isn’t a reason for the negative outlook. I myself think this has potential within the next year. But what they showed by having the countdown timer is that they were going to release a fully functional and optimized app that was financially fueled by strong partners. You would think so since this idea has been worked on in the last 3 years. August 1st came and was a bust, they should’ve just called this time period a beta test. The app is ok (the blogs and chat design are great), but I’ve seen apps run smoother and with more appeal created by software engineering students. This beta test which is going on right now is to see the functionality of the app in regards to usage within a community, it being McMaster University. As you can see not many of the student-athletes are ever online. There is just no appeal to it. That is what worries me. And Eddie is rarely on anymore, meaning he isnt working on it much. But the pop up of FansFrenzy.net indicates something is in the works. The price is near my buying point, but if the release of any news is lackluster, than I’m going to have to take action.
