NTCXF management seems to be spending a lot of time overseas as opposed to Canada and the USA. Makes you wonder why they cannot develop any revenue producing projects in North America. Finally, NTCXF was on the ground floor
as a promising solar company and has yet to prove itself. Meanwhile,
Mr. Provini and management have continued to stuff their pockets while investors are left holding the bag(worthless stock) so to speak.
