Hi everyone,

Since this is my first post ever on iHub, I just want to give a brief introduction... I’ve owned MedBox/Notis for 3-4 years now and have read this specific thread DAILY for those 3-4 years. I’ve been trading for almost 15 years and I consider myself a fairly astute individual when it comes to the hemp/cannabis sector. I currently hold positions in almost 30 other hemp/cannabis companies, many of which I’m sure you’re familiar with.

That being said, here we go:

The fact that NGBL has had so many issues and negative news (which I’m sure we’re all aware of) over the last few years (not including MedBox’s history)... and most recently with rumors of a reverse split, losing Goh, putting their website as “under construction” and moving their HQ’s to NJ (still not sure if that’s good or bad)... There still is/are individual/individuals picking up blocks at .0001 (which I also find to be BS) and some at .0002... why???

Why is the volume so high (10MM average) for that last few months? Why at this point has it not gone to “no bid”? Why are there blocks still being bought? Is it really the lenders trying to get out? Is it really the market makers? For what some of you have referred to as a “turd” or a “turd that just won’t sink” it seems like there’s something going on that has a lot of us scratching our heads.

Considering that NGBL has 7.2B shares outstanding, at .0002 a share, that would equal a market cap of $1.4MM, I’m surprised that no one (not that I saw) has considered the possibility that Notis might be bought out by another company at a discount.

NGBL is a very well known name in the hemp/cannabis sector, they have a 115+ acres of land (which is valuable) and they have the infrastructure already built out... why would this be an for attractive purchase for an existing or even new company in the industry... despite of course the existing debt obligations.

Am I wrong here? I sincerely would like to hear your thoughts on this.

All the best!
