Management, when it granted Postal that sweetheart insider exchange rate for his debt to equity swap a couple of weeks ago, effectively broadcast to the investment community what they feel the stock is worth.

And, as a consequence, the stock is now essentially seeking that level.

As of this writing CAPC is again posting a dismal 25:1 Sell/Buy ratio on middling volume.
