NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on September 22, 2017, the Board of Directors of AIM Exploration Inc., a Nevada corporation (hereinafter the “Company,” “we,” “our”), approved the following actions:

§ To authorize a 1 for 70 reverse split of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock (the “Reverse Split”).
§ To authorize a change in the name of the Company from “AIM Exploration Inc.” to “AIM Energy Inc.” (the “Name Change”)
