The report I'm looking at shows 13 placer claims at Osceola (placer claims are bigger than lode claims) totaling 980 acres. That should cover the bulk of the alluvial fan.
While I doubt the grades are anything close to what they are saying, you can make money on anything better than $10/cubic yard IF you know what you are doing AND have the right equipment. The good placer miners know it is all about the cost of moving gravel. From what I can see of their equipment, these guys are under-capitalized and/or don't know what they are doing.
Osceola has always been famous for it's big nuggets and that is a really big alluvial fan. I've liked this deposit for some time and would invest in people who could do it justice.
