The insiders are using this as their personal ATM, have been for years.
Under current conditions this is a TRADE, not a HOLD. Personally, my money is more valuable elsewhere at this time, and I’ve owned TRTC off and on for 4 years. They aren’t ready yet. Buy this after BOTH reverse splits and after California starts reporting Tax Revenues , maybe Spring of next year.
