well they just got in national stores luckys market (kroger owned); natural grocers (140+ stores); and ecommerce power luckyvitamin (gnc owned). HR3530 would finalize the removal cannabis under .3%thc from the CSA; case law has already removed imported cannabis under .3%thc from the CSA per 2004 HIA vs DEA case. The tricky part is the FDA but pluscbd is on the final stages of being GRAS certified which gets them past the FDA legal arm. Thats probably why they picked up Natural Grocers becasue they can wave the GRAS flag and no one else can. Their biggest brand competitor Charlottes Web is kind of a mess from what I hear and they are having cash flow problems. Pluscbd is killing it in non-legal states like Indiana and others and holding their own in legal states. If ever comes a time where marijuana will be legalized on a national level all pluscbd would have to do is release their new product "plusthc"(hypothetical) and bam they are in that game. What is holding this back is the Iliad notes in my opinion. To get rid of those they need HR3530 to pass; then an uplist accompanied by a registered offering by an investment bank to pay off the iliad notes and fund clinical trials on cvsi-007. If HR3530 passes I expect a march to a 300 million market cap by Q1 2020.
