Boreal Water Collection Inc. (fka BRWC)

I realize the complete shambles Boreal Water Collection is as a company these days but I also understand that the company is still functioning on some level as someone here posted that the plant was still operating. If the comment that the plant was still operating and Boreal Water is still producing a product shouldn't there be some private communication with the shareholders of Boreal Water as we are all shareholders of this private company? Francine or no Francine I cannot understand why I know nothing definitive about this company as a shareholder. Is there no responsibility to inform us about anything at some point in time? Until Last year I have never been a shareholders in a private company so I really don't know the rules here but something seems odd even about that situation.
