Agreed. Wayne is going legit in a big way. These spin-offs will likely create near-term and long-term value for UNGS shareholders/ bankrollers.

With Wayne's resignation from AMDAQ, it sets a path forward for a successful business operation. And, AMDAQ divvy recipients are in on the ground floor. So, it should be an interesting few months to close out 2017.
