So does PURA give away 51% of any profit they make, in the form of a quarterly cash dividend, to a 3rd party, instead of putting it back into the company or paying down debt?

USMJ is forced to do this, and I think the PURA special preferred shares that ACI got to control the voting have the same requirements....it would how up in the bylaws.
