Well it's not as dire as that I don't think in your case. My original post alluded to people who have bought shares north of say 5 dollars. I'd say they'd be very fortunate to see a full recovery. If they sell the company above the adjusted equity giving our warrants value. I think we can keep hold of the warrants and watch as the share price rises..... then hopefully sell at a profit. For example in your case as your average is so low, a 10 buck share price would put you at a small profit. All ifs and buts. 2 years of this nonsense so far since emergence from bankruptcy. I will be sick if they get away with this in the end. Imagine writing off 100's millions of dollars of shareholder equity in the form of plant and machinery etc because they could not secure funding for the expansion and then emerge from bankruptcy with the same plant and machinery you just wrote off and utilise it in the expansion! It's fucking ridiculous that they've even attempted this. They should be tried and jailed!
