there was NEVER a MERGER!.. Lay just bought Ogburn's control of the scam from OGBURN (as in NOT the shareholders)!.... IBRC doesn't own a single spec of the dreamlife fake technology in any case. That tech belongs to Dreamlife Technology a DELAWARE Company owned by Lay and completely separate from IBRC (Dreamlife technology, a WYOMING Company). All Lay did was change our name to a similar sounding Company.

The shareholders have just been taken for another ride in the pinky scammobile......

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
