"Waiting patiently!!!"

And that is precisely how the OTC works...its all about tomorrow, next week(s), next month, next year.

Let's look back to what has been said in the past.

Note items in BOLD that NEVER materialized.

"AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - June 04, 2015) - Ecrypt Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: ECRY) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Viking Telecom Services, LLC (Viking) from Dependable Critical Infrastructure, Inc. (DCI).

Viking enjoys an estimated backlog of over $5M for FY 2015, and holds strong footholds for solid growth into FY 2016. Viking’s total backlog is valued in excess of $7.5M.

“This is a key first acquisition for Ecrypt,” commented Dr. Thomas A. Cellucci, Ecrypt’s Chairman & CEO. “We continue to execute on our strategic business plan with success. Viking Telecom Services LLC is poised to become an industry-leading tower company, expanding its top-tier services in emerging and established commercial and governmental market segments to harness the telecom industry’s growth. This acquisition brings a strong backlog with solid, reputable customers.”

Viking’s Co-Owner, Mr. Paul Canet, commented: “This welcomed acquisition by Ecrypt will enhance our abilities to provide wireless telecommunications providers with high-quality tower audits, site surveys, and full construction builds -- all at a highly competitive price.”

Mr. Canet will remain with Viking as the General Manager.

He added, “Viking Telecom Services’ goal is to be one of the industry’s leading tower companies, expanding its top-tier services in new, emerging commercial and governmental market segments to harness the telecom industry’s growth.”

The transaction was consummated after Ecrypt announced entering into a JV with DCI. Under the JV, Ecrypt is to provide management expertise and funding for the operational expansion of mutually agreed upon subsidiary companies of DCI.

Ecrypt and DCI have identified several additional firms for acquisition by DCI."
