Since there's no sign of a pump n dump and volume has died, my guess is someone wanted 20% of shares outstanding so they could call a shareholder's meeting. They probably had a million shares and picked up the other 7 million yesterday and now they are done. I considered it myself, but could never figure out what I would do next. I wonder if the P&G debt is wiped out after 17 years?
