With respect to the complaint filed by the New Jersey Attorney General this week, SUBSYS (fentanyl sublingual spray) represented about 0.02 percent of the opioid prescriptions written in the United States in 2016, consistent with the numbers in N.J., placing INSYS below the top 50 manufacturers of opioids in the nation.

Can't say if this response will save INSY from various predators like the NJ Attorney General that may even destroy the company but it's heartening to see a counterattack against unabashed liars.

Not mentioned is that normally addicts are not going to prefer a sublingual spray which is superior to all other applications for rapid relief of extreme pain.

Currently some dying cancer patients and others are refused any substantial relief for their extreme agonies.

Thanks so much, drug warriors. I guess you think you are saving souls as well looting a legit operation.

Should you buy INSY?
