Well, of course, you have better stated what I intended.

But the fact remains, that VIT 105, which is virtually identical to LM105, is not under the control of LQMT. and That really was my point.

There is an alternative to using LM 105, and that is, Vit 105, and Vit 105 can be sold to anyone and used by anyone subject to CalTech's approval, and that is very easy to get.

If the above is so Very Easy then Li could have bypassed Apple/LQMT and used Materion’s Vit 105.

So why did Li pay $64 million for LQMT’s LM-105,
AND accept Apple’s restrictions on just a handful of CIP patents,
AND give-up exclusive territorial markets to LQMT
AND give-up ALL Eontec IP to LQMT.

Short answer, This goes way beyond a formula, CIP is the Key.
