Morning wake up thought. Criminal Minds (complete sick pup show that I will not watch) is on its 13th season. I like crime shows. They are puzzles to be solved, but so many of them rely on graphic staging of slaughters, shoot 'em up bloody gun fights, gruesome autopsies that leave nothing to the imagination that I cannot watch them. The ones I'm addicted to have inured me to bloody corpses. I think that's why I was able to look at the picture of the Las Vegas mass murderer (I've already forgotten his name).
This is "entertainment" in our great nation.
If Hollywood/TVLand were really anti-gun they'd stop using them as plot filler.
No wonder the real life violence just gets worse and worse.
And, I find myself tuning it out like I do a bad traffic report.
The Greeks got it right when they told the tale of Pandora unleashing all the evils. Once loose, there is no turning back.
