Wow - Great Article AT&T validates VIVA

Excerpts from the article (full article link below, I can't believe I missed this one)

AT&T (T) is Latest Company to Validate What Viva Entertainment Group (OTTV) is Doing

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) is taking aim at Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) and other over the top TV players by making DirecTV an IPTV vehicle. That migration is just another reason investors should take a look at Viva Entertainment Group Inc (OTCMKTS:OTTV).

As interesting as it is that AT&T is making the move, the way this bodes well for Viva Entertainment Group Inc (OTCMKTS:OTTV) is even more interesting.

Its product is called Viva Middleware, which in simplest terms is a turn-key technology that allows anyone to get into the OTT business with their own customized over-the-top television service. Live broadcasts, on-demand, music channels and original programming are all possible. This means they can customize the product locally or regionally, or thematically, like an all-sports or an all sci-fi venue. The possibilities are endless, which is in stark contrast to Netflix's "what you get is what you get" approach.

And Viva Entertainment Group already has clients. In August the company announced it was entering a joint venture with Oi2 Media to create an OTT product catering to a specific segment of the nation's demographic.

Oi2 Media is the United States' biggest distributor of Latino-centric digital content, offering both music and television. It's the name behind CNN en Espanol and ESPN Deportes Radio, just to name a few. It wouldn't be out of line to call the joint venture something along the lines of a Latino network.

More important, the two outfits together sport a monthly reach of 4.5 billion people, 121.7 million regularly-engaged social media engaged users, 100 million social media followers, 33.5 million social media referrals and over 300 thousand e-mail subscribers. Now the companies can leverage those followers be offering them a stand-alone television service, rather than serving up video content to cable providers who then turn around and sell the very same content to the very same people.

And there's little doubt as to the need. AT&T is just the latest entrant in the race. It's still just the early stages of that race though, and it's not clear how it will end. That means Viva Entertainment Group is going to have plenty of opportunity to carve out of piece of what will be a $65 billion piece of pie by the year 2021. AT&T's move into the over the top space is simply going to force other would-be entrants into the business quickly and boldly, tapping Viva's off-the-shelf solution before consumers start picking one service over another.

That's a very exciting prospect for OTTV shareholders
